  • Unopened and sealed in original packaging

  • All protective seals intact

Non-Acceptable Conditions

  • Opened or sampled products
  • Damaged original packaging
  • Missing safety tabs

Important: For your safety and in compliance with health regulations, certain beauty products including mascara, lip products, foundation with pumps, and skincare items with droppers have stricter return requirements.

How to Process Your Return

Beginning your return is simple and straightforward:

  2. Request your unique Return Authorization Code (RAC)
  3. Securely package your unopened products in original condition
  4. Include your purchase receipt or order confirmation
  5. Ship your return to our designated processing center:

Return Shipping & Costs

Standard return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless:

  • The product arrived damaged during transit
  • Wrong item was shipped due to our fulfillment error
  • Product defect was present upon delivery

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping methods for your protection. Our company cannot assume liability for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Upon receiving your returned beauty products, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection:

Credit Appears (1-3 cycles)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles to reflect on your statement
  • You'll receive email confirmation once your refund has been successfully initiated
  • Store credit options are available upon request for faster processing

Non-Returnable Beauty Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale beauty products
  • Custom-mixed or personalized cosmetic items
  • Digital beauty consultations or virtual makeover services
  • Products purchased with promotional gift-with-purchase offers
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or customer mishandling
  • Opened mascara, lipsticks, or other applicator-based products
  • Skincare products with broken seals or used droppers
  • Testers or sample-sized products
